  239. Text Symbols
  240. 0Displays nonprinting text symbols. To turn text 
  241. 1symbols on and off quickly, use the Text Symbols 
  242. command on the View menu.
  243. Graphics
  244. Displays graphics in the document. If you turn this 
  245. 6setting off, graphics do not appear on the screen and 
  246. >will not print. Without graphics, 
  247. FrameMaker

  249. *pages that contain graphics more quickly.

  254. .cells, and imported images. Borders appear as

  259. Page Scrolling
  260. Specifies how

  264. Displays one page above another.

  272. Grid Lines
  273. Displays a visible grid in the document window. The

  275. 3Use it to help you place text and graphics. Choose spl
  276. 3the grid spacing from the pop-up menu. To turn the  on
  277. 4visible grid on and off quickly, use the Grid Lines ci
  278. command on the Graphics menu.
  279. 2Creates an invisible grid to help you draw, move, 
  280. 3resize, reshape, or rotate objects. As you draw an s o
  281. 6object, it snaps to the grid. As you move, resize, or 
  282. 4reshape an object, the point or side you drag snaps  f
  283. 5to the grid. As you rotate an object with the mouse, n
  284. &the object snaps from angle to angle.
  285. Grid Spacing
  286. Sets the distance between snap 
  287. points on the grid.
  288. Snap Rotate
  289. Sets the number of degrees between 
  290. 0snap points when you rotate an object using the 
  291. mouse.
  292. 7To turn the snap grid on and off quickly, use the Snap 
  293. command on the Graphics menu.
  294. Commands 
  295. that display different pages in a document. You choose these 
  296. Fcommands by clicking buttons at the bottom of the document window. In 
  297. Gview-only documents you can also choose them from the Navigation menu.
  298. PFor more information on buttons on the document window, click

  374. Kcolumn that is used as a template for the main text on body pages, as well O
  375. Cas background text and graphics that are used for page headers and (
  376. Ffooters. Background text and objects cannot be changed on body pages,

  380. Command that displays a reference page. If there is more than one 
  381. Ereference page, it displays the first one or the one you last used.
